How did we get to this advanced understanding of UV light? Through a rigorous study of the technology. UV light has been used for nearly 100 years to disinfect places like operating rooms. In some countries it has been used to reduce outbreaks of tuberculosis and measles, and since early 2021, it has been used in the New York City subway system to help control the spread of COVID-19.

For more than seven years now, we have been working in with Columbia University in the U.S, and Kobe University in Japan, to perfect a more practical type of UV light that can effectively neutralizes viruses on surfaces and in the air, while being safe to use around people.
